We’re still a year after Will Poulter’s Marvel Cinematic Universe debuted as Adam Warlock Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, but when it comes to the MCU, that doesn’t mean there are already ideas about the future after the movie, especially when it comes to the upcoming character. It’s Marvel, after all, and the plans within this general franchise are stretching forward. But when it comes to his MCU’s future, Poulter doesn’t know where things will lead – but he definitely wants to know.
talk with PlaylistPoulter admitted that he does not know what is in store for him, but wants to go on a journey with his character.
“I don’t know,” Poulter said when asked about his multiple appearances as Adam Warlock. “I honestly don’t know what’s in store for me. I’m waiting to find out, and that’s the honest truth, but needless to say, I’d love to go on a journey with this character.”
On the one hand, Poulter has really been on a journey when it comes to character. Poulter explained that he had no idea who he was auditioning at first, and that person was not familiar with Adam Warlock as a character. But he was a big fan of Guardians of the Galaxy And James Gunn is now part of it.
“I took the test for the first time in June of last year [2021]And it was the first time I auditioned, and then I got the role in September, I think,” Poulter said. Then I started shooting in December… I didn’t know the character, at first, I was auditioning. I kind of knew closer to time [of casting] Whom do you read. Although I was not familiar with Adam Warlock beforehand, I was very familiar with him Guardians of the GalaxyAnd it was my favorite kind of “planet” in the Marvel universe, if you like. I’m such a big fan of the tone, the creativity, the work of James Gunn and so many actors, you know, that I now call my co-workers, and I’m so grateful for them. So, having any role in this world is very nice to me.”
Photography Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Gun wrapped it up earlier this month, something Gunn took to social media to celebrate the emotional end to the Guardians of the Galaxy journey.
“After 100+ days of filming and over 3000 shots, this is the final shot list for #GotGVol3, given to me by the camera crew. It was an easy shot of Rocket sitting, at first with seangunn, then nothing there, and I took everything inside me so that tears don’t break out right away,” Gann wrote on Twitter. “I’ve spent most of the last 10 years of my life working and thinking for The Guardians. I still had a long way to go with visual effects and editing, but it was still very important to me.”
“It’s fairly easy to explain to others how much I love this cast and crew. It’s hard to explain how much I love these characters – I see them as part of myself and parts of who I love, filming them, and writing their words as a way of expressing that love.” “Again, I will continue to work with them over the next year until their release, but the release of the last shot was a reminder of the impermanence of life and warm love, and how that constancy makes them so precious and so valuable, a good reason to be grateful for what I have now.”
Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3. It will be released on May 23, 2023.
